The Office of the Vice Governor houses the Vice Governor, which attains the position as the deputy Governor and shall act in place of the Governor whenever the latter is incapable or unable to execute the powers and duties of their office.
The Office of the Vice Governor is tasked with supervising the executive offices, collecting and organizing task delegations and deadlines from the Governor, Vice Governor, and Councilors to the officers and staff, creating and monitoring a checklist of these delegations, and performing additional duties as assigned by law, the Governor, or the College Student Council – School of Computing.

The Office of the Internal Communications houses the Internal Communications Councilor, which attains the position as the Secretariat of the HAU College Student Council – School of Computing.
The Office of Internal Communications has the general responsibility over the documents and internal communications of the College Student Council – School of Computing, with the following powers and duties: keeping minutes of meetings and proceedings, preparing internal memorandums, letters, and other documents, reporting and updating the council on its activities and involvements, and executing additional duties as assigned by law or the College Student Council – School of Computing.

The Office of the External Communications houses the External Communications Councilor and the Press Secretary both of which within the HAU College Student Council – School of Computing.
The Office of External Communications has the general responsibility over communications and relations with the public and other entities, this role includes the following powers and duties: coordinating with student publications on activities publicized by the College Student Council – School of Computing, speaking on behalf of the council to the public under the Governor’s supervision, preparing external letters, memorandums, and other documents, establishing a multimedia arts and creatives team to create the council’s publication materials, and executing additional duties as assigned by law or the council.

The Office of Events houses the Events Councilor, which attains the position as the Chief Events Officer of the HAU College Student Council – School of Computing.
The Office of Events has the general responsibility over the management and execution of events for the College Student Council – School of Computing, this role includes the following powers and duties: creating events in line with the council’s advocacies, preparing the council’s calendar of events, delegating tasks to council members and staff for identified events, ensuring event orientations are conducted, preparing necessary documents for events, and executing additional duties as assigned by law or the council.

The Office of Finance houses the Finance Councilor, which attains the position as the Chief Finance Officer of the HAU College Student Council – School of Computing.
The Office of Finance has the general responsibility over the finances and budget of the College Student Council – School of Computing, this role includes the following powers and duties: maintaining records and supporting documents (official receipts, invoices, contracts, deposit and withdrawal slips, etc.) of all financial transactions, keeping and replenishing a petty cash fund as needed, ensuring all disbursements are justifiable and authorized, updating the council on its financial status and presenting financial reports upon request, preparing the council’s financial statement at the end of each semester, and executing additional duties as assigned by law or the council.

The Office of Logistics houses the Logistics Councilor, which attains the position as the Chief Logistics Officer of the HAU College Student Council – School of Computing.
The Office of Logistics has the general responsibility over the logistics and material properties of the College Student Council – School of Computing, this role includes the following powers and duties: acting as the custodian of the council’s properties, materials, and equipment; maintaining and controlling inventories and supplies; submitting a quarterly inventory report to the Office of Student Affairs; canvassing prices and quality of materials and equipment as needed; coordinating with relevant offices regarding venues, facilities, equipment, and other logistical concerns; and executing additional duties as assigned by law or the council.

The Office of Human Resources houses the Human Resources Councilor, which attains the position as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the HAU College Student Council – School of Computing.
The Office of Human Resources has the general responsibility over the recruitment, retention, and evaluation of the College Student Council – School of Computing’s officers and staff, this role includes the following powers and duties: gathering and securely maintaining personal information of all council officers and staff for operational purposes, planning and conducting staff recruitment to support executive offices, organizing and conducting necessary training, seminars, and educational discussions for leadership enhancement, designing and leading internal peer evaluations of all officers and staff, designing and leading public evaluations of officers individually and collectively, administering evaluations for council-led events, and executing additional duties as assigned by law or the council.

The Office of Community Extension houses the Community Extension Councilor, which attains the position as the Chief Community Officer of the HAU College Student Council – School of Computing.
The Office of Logistics has the general responsibility over the establishment and maintenance of community-supporting services and activities, this role includes the following powers and duties: creating activities based on reports from the Office of the Solicitor General and other offices and departments, offering assistance for essential services of the council and other university offices, leading outreach and community extension programs inside and outside the university, and executing additional duties as assigned by law or the council.
